This sparkling wine from burgundy is definitely an amazing expression of Aligoté, and light as a feather ; and probably much better than plenty of Crémant and Champagne in my opinion ! Floral, light , tickeling your taste buds with beautifull aromas of citrus and elderflower . I really enjoy the very fine bubbles . Apero or seafood would love this pairing .
