I love the “human being”, Vincent, then of course , love his wines , as very often . This cuvée is an excellent approach to the wines from Vincent . Opposite from the very aromatic Sauvignon type, this wine show aromas of lemon zest, very fresh but yet intense, with wet stone notes ( mineral) , and a long finish . No seafood will complain about the pairing . A must try
