Domaine TRIPOZ, Les Chènes, Bourgogne Blanc, 2021

    Fred’s Tasting Note :

This cuvée is called Oaks beacause of the name of the plot of vines where it comes from, but also for the vinification process being done in oak barrels . The oak though is very well integrated, and just holds the wine together with flavours of citrus and white flowers, with hints of honeyblossom and vanilla ( after 3/4 years of age ) . To enjoy now or keep a few years ( 5 years) . A very good burgundy for this price

FD Rated : 90/100
