Fred’s Tasting Note : 

I discovered Domaine Fortuné in a very small wine fair in Saint Quentin La Porterie (close to UZES) while doing a wine tour with a cooking class . It has since become a friendship with a winemaker who loves to cultivate grape and takl and share about it . It quickly made sence for me to make this wine with Gilbert : he takes care of the  grapes, i take care of the blending.  It is all about fruit , red and black , floral as Cinsault, fruity as grenache and tiny bit of structure from Carignan . I  like to call this type of wine enjoyable at anytime . Very soft tanins, simple, easy drinking : you have to try it
