Galinette est le pendant blanc de Pomponette en Rosé . Un vin blanc très équilibré avec la rondeur apportée par le Grenache blanc, et la fraîcheur par l’ugni et la clairette. De très jolies notes d’agrumes, de fleurs blanche avec une pointe iodée viennent complimenter ce vin que j’adore avec un tartare de poisson … A vos papilles, prèt , buvez !
La Syrah à Papa is the entry level of the Syrah wine range from Montez . A very good, juicy, fruity wine , but with some character due to the porportion of full bunch used during vinification giving this wine some structure and tannins which will be grately appreciated when paring with a grilled piece of meat . The 15 months in “demi muids” brings some roundness to it” and a nice touch on the palate .
