Fred’s Tasting Note : 

Je suis ton Pere is probably the most “Nature” wine, in terms of taste that Matthieu is making . A very “original” wine , Dureza being one of the genetic father of Syrah. Fruit oriented and quite clear colour, with low alcohol ( 11% very rare in the Rhone Valley ) .  A good version of what a light syrah could be . A must try ! Decant for one hour for to enjoy it best.

Resto Verso : This wine is a curiosity, citrussy, very fresh with tannins…. yes you read well tannins , in a white wine ! Just because the Grenache noir is used as a white, and the Clairette is fermented as a red ( skin contact ) . So this wine is a Blanc de Noirs and a Noir de Blancs 🙂

Result is a white wine, whith deep yellow ( and orange hues) color, and some grip to the palate . Very surprising and interesting.
