Article 1: Prices, Orders and Deliveries

Prices for the products ordered are shown on the listing of each product. These prices are all taxes included and excluding transportation costs (transportation costs are shown separately and added to the order amount). The total price of the order is indicated when the order is validated by the customer, before the final validation “click” in accordance with the current regulations.

Any order placed before 12:00 will be shipped during the day (if possible depending on the diponibility and choice of mode of transport, and this, out of Sunday and Holidays). Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight of the package, the type of economy or express delivery, the choice of the carrier and the place of delivery of the package.

Any order will only be taken into account after receiving 100% of the customer’s payment. Any order will result in an order confirmation sent by the company CANNESYOUTASTE to the email address that the customer communicated when registering on the site.

When confirming an Order, it is up to the customer to verify that the information relating to the Order is in line with their choices (personal data, carrier choice, delivery method, place of delivery and/or billing of products, etc.).

CANNESYOUTASTE reserves the right to refuse any non-compliant order or whose regulations have not been collected in full.

Article 2: Terms of withdrawal

In accordance with the law, the customer has a withdrawal period of 14 days from the delivery of the last product delivered from the same order to make a return of goods to the company CANNESYOUTASTE, at the address of its head office for refund, provided the products are returned to their original packaging intact. In the event that certain products are opened, altered or broken, this product will not be part of the refund granted to the customer. The return costs will be charged in full at the buyer’s expense.

Article 3: Payment method

In order to carry out credit card transactions in a secure manner, any payment made by bank card on the site Les Jolies Quilles is made via the secure online payment system STRIPE which offers a secure anti-fraud platform.  all order data as well as credit card numbers)
